So Steve, what’s so unique about you? You’re were down 66 pounds, but you did my program in January of 2018 and here we are again in 2019; literally a year and a half later.
You have since lost roughly around 30 more pounds.

Wow! So today, you’re actually settle at 75 pounds as of this morning.
I started out at I’m right currently on a 66-year-old male, 5′ foot 11″, weighed 258 pounds. And as of this morning, I was 183 pounds 5 pounds from my goal.
